It is through this lens that, after much thoughtful consideration, we have decided to shift the dates of our premier annual customer event, Boomi World, to Spring 2023 from the planned dates in October 2022 in Washington D.C.

Why did we decide to postpone BoomiWorld?
  • As an industry leading company, we want to be highly customer centric in everything we do. As we launched our event promotions and outreach, many customers and partners are telling us that non-mission critical business travel continues to be challenging. We feel confident that our decision to postpone reflects customer input and is in their best interests, as well as ours.
 
 
Will the event in the Spring 2023 be in Washington D.C.?
  • We are working hard to secure the best location to host our bigger and better experience in the Spring. Look forward to an exciting announcement soon!
 
 
When will Boomi announce the new date and location for Boomi World?
  • The new location and dates for Spring will be announced soon!
 
 
I already registered and paid for Boomi World. Can I get a refund?
  • Boomi will issue a full refund of your ticket in 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirming this refund from GlobalEvents@boomi.com.  
 
 
How can I attend Boomi World in the Spring?
  • Boomi will provide paid registrants with a free ticket for our Spring event. Invitations for our Spring program will be sent in early 2023. Please check back on this site for exciting updates on the developing program.
 
 
I had a pre-paid ticket from a Boomi purchase, what happens to my pass?
  • Passes are pushed forward and honored at the rescheduled event.
 
 
When I completed my Boomi World registration, I booked my hotel per the link provided in the registration. What do I need to do to cancel my hotel registration?
  • Boomi provided Passkey for booking your hotel rooms. Your reservation is directly with Hilton. Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before your check-in. Please call 202-483-3000 and ask for reservations to cancel your stay. Please have your confirmation number available to expedite the process

How will this affect the regional events?
  • Boomi will continue to host regional events throughout the Fall. These will be Boomi-sponsored customer engagements, partner and industry events. We’re growing fast and we are out there in full force.
  • We’re continuing to listen. These will be smaller, more intimate events and enable us to build excitement/build up to a big, global event in Spring 2023.
